Unable to load Adobe

Why can't I get in touch with support?? Adobe is not working and I can't access my files.

Adobe will not load. Worked fine yesterrday.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the application is not loading and you are unable to access your files.

 

What happens when you try to open the Adobe Acrobat DC application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding .

 

Please reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

 

Also, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check .

 

If the application still doesn't open/load please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the link below:
