Hello, I'm unable to paste a copied password using CTRL + V when opening a password protected document and also under Properties > Security > Security Method > Password Security > Replace a password to open the document section under Adobe Acrobat PRO DC.  Please advise how to correct this issue.

Thank you!  This entry did not work.  I am still experiencing the same issue.  Is there an update out there that I can use to correct this issue?  Thanks!

We started having the same issue Bernd Alheit. Right clicking mouse and using the entry paste does not work! I searched the forum for this issue and found many users have the same problem. There are two solutions that are working for us right now until Adobe fixes this bug.

Paste the password into Notepad, then copy the password from Notepad and paste into the Adobe password box.

Windows 10 users of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Edit Preferences and uncheck Enable Protected Mode at sartup (Preview) and uncheck Enable Enhanced Security. As a Windows 7 user, I actually have both checked but Protected View is OFF.
