Unable to rotate scanned document in Acrobat DC

I have scanned a document from a Ricoh copier and opened in Acrobat DC and I cannot rotate pages.   This is a new development within the last couple of weeks.  Any suggestions?

Exactly where and how are you trying to rotate the pages?

When you scanned the document(s), did you also OCR them?

Exactly which version of Acrobat DC are you using and what is your OS (and what release)?
