Hi, When I am in Adobe Pro and make amendments to a document, it only comes up with the option to

save as and not the save option as this is greyed out.  Had anyone else had this issue and how can I resolve this?  I have the latest version of Adobe Pro DC 2021.

Thanks for that but my protected view appears to be off so not sure why this is still happening?

Hi there

++ Adding to the discussion

Please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > uncheck 'Enable Protected mode at startup' > Click OK and check.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risks.

Hi Amal,

The enable protect mode is off already.  Do you have any other solution?

Thanks

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described  in the help page - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and check .

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there

Regards

Amal
