Unable to scan both side in Acrobat Professional X

Whenever I try to scan multiple pages it only scans the first page (front side only) without scanning both sides or multiple pages. How can I get to scan both sides and multiple pages?

 

Kindly advise.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to scan dual side.

 

Would you mind sharing the make and model of the scanner you are using? Please check for any missing/pending update for the printer/scanner driver and firmware and try updating it and check if that helps.

 

Verify that the scanner is working fine by scanning in another application and check. You may also try the steps provided in the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-scanner-issues-acrobat.html and see if that helps.

 

If it still doesn't work, you may try the workaround as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/custom-scan-results-in-only-front-side-being-scanned.html and see if that works.

 

Also Adobe Acrobat X is an old and EOL application for more information please check the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-x-reader-x.html
