I'm using Acrobat 9.0 Standard.
I've added a list box to a PDF and I want to give people the option to select multiple items in the dropdown. In Properties under the Options tab, I selected "Multiple Selections." But I'm unable to make multiple selections despite this. It still only allows me to make one choice.
Any ideas? Is there some other step(s) that I'm missing?
I need help with this ASAP for my company -- any suggestions are appreciated!
Thank you
It should only do that if you hold down the Shift key.

You have to hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd on Mac) while clicking multiple items.

No...
Unfortunately this only works if I want to highlight everything in a row. For example, if I want to select the 1st item and the 5th item, I would 1. click the 1st item and then 2. press the ctrl key or cmd key, and 3. click the 5th item. But instead of just highlighting the 1st and 5th item, items 1 through 5 are highlighted. So instead of highlighting 2 items total, there are 5.
Sorry, I wish it was as simple a solution as holding down the ctrl key.
