Unidentified error

Hi everyone,

I can't open Acrobat and it shows an unnumbered error.

I have attached the screenshots.

Does anybody know what to do, please?

I am also receiving this same error every time I open a PDF using Adobe Acrobat.  
Response/fix from Adobe would be appreciated
