Hi, I'm trying to convert a jpeg to a PDF which I have done hundreds of times, but for some reason I'm getting unknown error has occurred and it's telling me to subscribe, which I am. Help please someone

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to create PDF from JPEG files and getting the unknown error.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF?

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID/Email you are using on this community and haven't found any subscription/product or premium service enabled.

If you have a subscription/product or premium service enabled on a different/another email/Adobe ID, then please sign out of the application , reboot the machine/device and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and check.
