Urgent: " Can't verify your subscription status"

I have some document to edit on pdf by tomorrow morning. Please help me as soon as possible. 

I can't run Adobe DC on my computer. Once the application opnes and I can see the open file "We can't verify your subscription status" message appears.

The internet connection is secured. I installed this app on one computer.

 

I've tried basic trouble shooting but not fixed yet.

Next, I tried the connection error solution, but the issue is not fixed.

Also, I tried to uninstall and reinstall Adobe DC multiple times but does not change anything.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.  As you are getting the error 'We can't verify your subscription status' and unable to use the application.

Also, you have tried some troubleshooting steps with no success.

 

Do you have Trend Micro security software installed on your system? If yes,  please check out the steps share din the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-verify-your-subscription-status.html and see if that works for you.
