User cannot "search" when trying to print to file PDF

Adobe Acrobat DC Pro

user printing to file (PDF) the "search" box in upper right not working-- cant click in there to search the directory--to find the folder she wants.

Started right after latest Windows feature update.

Have reinstalled DC pro

Have run latest updates to DC

User CAN use microsoft print to pdf--search works fine if using that method
