Using Kuenstler Script font in fillable form

A client of mine has requested Kuenstler Script in the modifiable PDF (certificate) I am creating for them. However this font doesn't show as an option in the Appearance tab, even though the font is turned on in Font Book. Any ideas?
I am working on a Mac and the client no doubt on a PC.
Thanks in advance,
Lisa

Most fonts have embedding permissions including in the font file and Acrobat will only allow you to use fonts with a form field if the font allows at least editable embedding. I suspect the font you want to use has a more restrictive embedding permission. It can be difficult to determine the exact embedding permission for a font using a Mac (as opposed to Windows). Font Book will tell you whether a font allows embedding, but if so not which of the three possible embedding levels it is set to, which isn't too helpful.
Here's some info on embedding information in fonts: Font Embedding Permissions | Adobe

Thanks George for your help. Yes I agree it most likely doesn't have embedding permissions. I have suggested my client use a different font.
Thanks,

Which Acrobat version are you using?
I have encountered some font issues sometimes in Acrobat XI; Acrobat DC behaves better in this case.
However, it is most likely that the font does not allow to be fully embedded; in this case, your client would have to contact the font maker for a fully embeddable version. Or if bad comes to worse, look for an alternative.

Hi Max,
I'm using Acrobat Pro at home and Acrobat DC at work and I didn't have any luck with both. Thanks for your help, I have gone back to my client and suggested an alternative.
Thanks,
Lisa
