I create zip files of photographs and deliver these zips to clients via Adobe Share. I upload the file just fine, and go through the steps it takes to create an email to send to the client. The client will get the email ok, click on 'Open' and then 'Download' in the resultant web page and nothing happens. As I write this, it is late September and it seems the problems have been happening more and more frequently over the last few weeks. The last time, the client got so frustrated that I had to use another service to send the file.
