Video in PDF with inDesign

Hi All,

I know that flash has been fully removed and Interactive PDF are no longer using flash.

However I was told that MP4 video's should work in the future.

I placed a MP4 video in inDesign and added buttons to trigger a Play function and stop function. This would get converted to a flash object within the PDF in the past. Now it should work as a MP4.

One of my clients came back with a issue and told me the start and stop function no longer worked on one of his PDF's. I told Him it could be caused by flash and offered him to export the Interactive PDF again from inDesign. However the problem remains. The video plays, but is still working as a flash object and the buttons stopped working.

To make a long story short. How can I make sure that my future PDF's are no longer using flash and make sure video runs as MP4 and the Start and Stop buttons that I add in inDesign also work again?
