What specific version of Acrobat Pro are you using to add the video?
And what specific version are you playing back with?

Adobe Acrobat pro DC 19.012.20036. And i try to play it with this Version. And my Adobe Cloud calls ist "aktuell". This version asks for the Flash-Player.
But I can't say with absolute certainty with which version the pdf was used at the colleague's place.
Thank You

It's not. The current version is 2021 dot something-something (Thanks, Adobe, for removing the updates from the FTP server, making it that much harder to check...).

The changes to work without Flash are recent. Your version is from August 2019. Please try with up to date software.

Why is it not so easy to get the update? Help > Check for Updates in Acrobat. Yes, it is just bizarre that the Creative Cloud app does not understand about Acrobat updates.

Acrobat and Document Cloud ship with Creative Cloud, but are not part of it.
