Good Afternoon Sirs and Madams

I'm writing to find out if You offer contact form webform to business interface that allows Calendar, Contact, picture forms for use. It would like many user access with e-mail and passwords to upload items to have a high quality export like 300 DPI for use for printing. I would like to know the cost, security offered and personal login for many clients and can be web hosted. This might include inputing the formats to populate I look forward to your response.

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe customer support.

I don't know of any off-the-shelf solution, sorry.  I think you need to hire a web developer who is expert at server-side programming to build you a custom solution.  I know for sure that it's possible to gather data online with HTML and use PHP to PDF scripts behind the scenes to move that data into custom PDF forms.
