I never had this issue until the other day when I setup the creative cloud on this machine. Now when I try to print to a PDF I get the error message. Access Denied.

Hello Scott,
Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. try disabling the protected mode from Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) >uncheck the box next to enable protected mode at startup > click OK and try again.
Note: Disabling protected mode is for troubleshooting purpose only, and not recommended. Please turn the feature back on after troubleshooting is complete.
Also, check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates, and see if this brings any difference.

I am trying to create a PDF with Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended from a CorelDrawX5 music file on a Windows 7 program. I was able to do this within the last month. Now on 10/7/24, I cannot. HELP!!
