When selecting "Share a Link" in Adobe Acrobat, the field where the link should be is blank.

I'm trying to share a pdf through a public link but I can't figure out how to actually get a link and have looked everywhere. Whenever I click on the "Share a Link" button in Adobe Acrobat (pictured below, far left), the field where the link should be is blank and there's no link to copy. Does anyone have a solution to this?

I had a similar issue. It went as expected after I uploaded the document to Adobe Document Cloud.
