Where are electronic signature stored - cloud or local drive?

I'm working on a document that is in my local drive. 

Using the Fill & Sign option, I add my JPG signature.

Does Adobe automatically store this JPG signature in the cloud?

Hypothetically, if the office environment is mainly working with confidential documents, the office should prevent files from being stored from the cloud. Is there a way to shut off the cloud feature for Adobe Pro and make everything local/offline?
