Why am I see an LM button instead of the OK button in Acrobat?

Creating a form with a print button in Acrobat. Want to use the Form Tools to create a Print button. I'm not seeing an OK button under the Form tools, I see an LM button. What is the LM button and why don't I have the OK button?

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form, as that converts it to an Adobe Sign form.
