Why does my document cloud keeps shutting off so I have to sign in again?

Why does my Adobe Document Cloud (active license) keeps shutting off of my laptop when I'm in one location so I have to sign in again?  When I go anywhere else it's always on, no issues?  

Likewise, it's the same with Adobe Creative Cloud?  It's just this one location, and yes the internet is still up.
