Ein bisschen mehr Erklärung: Beim Erzeugen des Ursprungsdokuments wurde in einem Fall "Hochformat" gewählt, und im anderen Fall "Querformat", aber mit Höhe grösser als Breite. (umgekehrt, Querformat und Hochformat mit Breite grösser als Höhe, ist auch möglich). Bei der Erstellung des PDFs hat dies Unterscheidung zur Folge, dass die Koordinatensysteme um 90 Grad gegeneinander verdreht sind, und darum Anmerkungen halt auch verdreht angezeigt werden.
Die einfachste Abhilfe ist tatsächlich, das Basisdokument neu zu erstellen, und dann die Anmerkungen zu kopieren.
Wenn man sich in der Umrechnung von Koordinaten sicher fühlt, gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit, die Annotations zu exportieren, und das entstehende FDF zu manipulieren (aber man muss wirklich wissen, was man da tut…).

A few more explanations: When creating the original document, they chose "Portrait" in one case, and "Landscape" (but taller than wide). (It is also possible the other way round, "Landscape" and "Portrait" wider than tall). When the PDF is created, the coordinate systems are rotated against each other by 90 degrees, and that's why annotations are displayed rotated.
The easiest workaround is to recreate the base document the way it has been done in the first place.
If you are really familiar with transforming coordinates, there would be the possibility to export the annotations, and to directly manipulate the resulting FDF file (but that's not for the faint at heart, and you have to know what you are doing…).
