Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat DC 21, Asian language pack

Can someone please help? I'm so frustrated, I am trying to fill out an online pdf smartform for a business in Hong Kong. I was told to use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader and to download the Asian language pack (because the form is in English and Chinese both).

So when I go to the banking site, I can't access the form because it says I need the latest version of Adobe. I downloaded Adobe today and it is the latest version.

Any suggestions please? Thank you!
