Windows explorer crash at open one certain active form file

I have newest Windows 10 version 1909 18363.476 an newest Acrobat reader DC 19.021.20056. Booth polish language. I can't open one active form pdf file that I need. When I even try to see properties in Windows explorer, it crashes. It opens only first time after download.

I tried it on older windows version (10 1809) and it worked.

Try disabling Data Execution Prevention for all programs in your windows 10.

Or,

Try running the Program Compatibility Triubleshooter and let he wizard detect, download and install any .Net dependencies that may be missing. Select Windows 10 32bit for the program that you are troubleshooting; in this case Adobe Acrobat Reader  DC. If that doesn't work, just select the older version of windows that you said it worked in another computer.

I tried with your tips with no luck. I checked this file with four another computer with the same Win 10 and Adobe version and it opens in three but in one is the same problem. 

I tried repair Windows with DISM and rollback last update from 1909 to 1903 with no luck.

It's a strange problem and can't find the solution.

After fully uninstallaton of Adobe Reader the problem resist. I can't see this file properties because Windows Explorer restarts.

It's rather Windows 10 problem.

I finally resolved the problem. Thanks to the clue number 2 from this link https://www.maketecheasier.com/windows-explorer-crashing-fixes/ 

I run ShellExView program and saw that the pdf-xchange viewer extension is installed.

I completely remove the Pdf-xchange Viewer program and the problem is resolved.
