I cannt open any pdf while I'm online
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to open the PDF while online.
Would you mind explaining a bit more about the issue you are experiencing so that we can look into it and assist you better?
What is the workflow/steps you are doing to open the PDF file? Do you get any error message? If yes please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
If the PDF file is stored on a shared network/drive please download the file to your computer first and then try to open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and check .
