Worst Start-Up Experience

I hate, yes hate, this product solely due to your start-up issues. Every single time I need to use this service it forces me to log in again. Even when I have just logged in and made it so that I stay logged in. It will freeze and kick me out and say I have not paid. So what and I paying for...to be harrassed by your system. I will be switching fully over to BlueBeam from now on. Which happens to be more capable and does not kick me out every five minutes.

 

Oh and do not get me started on needed a pdf in the middle of a zoom call...
