Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Are you trying to open the .Zip folder with Adobe Acrobat or is it a PDF file that contains the .zip file?

If its an attachment, it represent a potential security risk because they can contain malicious content, open other dangerous files, or launch applications. Acrobat and Acrobat Reader always let you open and save PDF and FDF file attachments. Acrobat and Acrobat Reader recognize certain files, such as those whose names end in .bin, .exe, and .bat, as threats. You can’t attach such files. Acrobat does allow you to attach files that cannot be saved or opened from Acrobat, such as ZIP files.

Acrobat and Acrobat Reader maintain a white list of file types that can be opened or saved, and a black list of file types that cannot. You are allowed to attach file types that are not on either list. However, when you open or save a file of an “unrecognized” type, you see a dialog box asking whether you trust the file type.

USのAcrobatコミュニティに投稿されていますが、zipファイルは直接AcrobatやReaderでは開けません。

事前に内容を展開し、中にPDFが含まれていれば、PDFとして開くことはできます。

ただPDF意外であれば開けません。

zipファイルについてはWindowsでもmacOSでも、OS標準の機能で展開はできますが、もしモバイル環境の場合は別途の検討が必要です。

いずれにしても少々質問として不足しているのでその点も記載してみましょう。

ジャパンフォーラムへ本投稿を移動させることはできますが、Acrobatのことかがわからないので、いったん保留にしておきます。

具体的なことが分かればジャパンフォーラムの適切と思われるところに移動させることを行います。
