My company has provided me with access to Acrobat Pro, but when I signed in to dowload app I'm getting a 404 error The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session. This happen right after signed into Sign in - Adobe ID. I've tried different browser and cleaned my browsing history. My internet connection and firewall are fine.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble downloading Acrobat. Please make sure that you're signed in as an admin, and disable any antivirus software you're running. Then, try to download Acrobat from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X.

I'm an admin I did this, but now is asking for a serial #. My manager said it shouldn't ask for it since I'mCreative Cloud for teams Single App user/admin. I can bypass the serial # screen.

You should be able to log in with your Adobe ID/password in lieu of a serial number. Are you able to do that?

Yes, I'm able to log in, but right after do that asked me for serial number.

I am too facing same issue.. may I know what are the ports that need to be allowed for this access on the firewalls?

after logging into the portal , we are getting 404 error.. do we need to allow any specific range of ports on firewalls?
