Hi Adobe team,
today I have purchased an abonnement of Adobe export PDF. However by mistake I have purchased the yearly abo instead of monthly, since I was expecting an option to choose prior the payment. Can you please help me to figure out how to change the abonnement from yearly to monthly ?

Adobe Export PDF is a part of Document Cloud services, and it is only available as one-year annual prepaid-plan. You can not opt for the month-to-month subscription.
Only Acrobat DC (desktop application) subscription is available as annual plan paid-monthly. You can look for the detailed here: Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC

I am using Adobe PDF very occasionally, 2-3 times per year. Is there a
chance to cancel the abonnement? or at least to exchange it for another
adobe product related to pictures...?

For cancellation, you can contact to your customer care billing team via chat-
1-Select Account issue
2- Select Cancel my membership-
3- Select "Show me my contact option" and please ensure that you are "Signed In" on the page with your Adobe ID and password
