Hey Kevinw,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

As mentioned, while using Fill & Sign feature in Acrobat DC its not remembering signature image used to sign the document. So, does this happen with multiple PDF or when you try to sign any specific one?

It generally saves the settings for the signature used previously, if its not working accordingly then you may try couple of steps suggested below-

1- Close Acrobat first, and Reboot your system.

2- Check if there's any pending update for Acrobat 2017, for details you can refer to the release notes here: DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

3- Add a signature image first (if it doesn't show the previous one), navigate to Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>disable "Protected View">OK>Reboot Acrobat.

4- Now, open document and use Fill & Sign to check whether you get the signature image used earlier or not.

Thanks

Akanchha

Thanks for your reply – it does happen with all PDF docs rather than any specific ones, several different computers, which were up to date from running Check from Updates from within Acrobat 2017.

I am looking forwarding to trying your “Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>disable "Protected View">OK>Reboot Acrobat” suggestion and will let you know how that goes.

I appreciate you took out time and shared the update. Keep us posted with result.

Additional: You may also Sign Out and Sign In in the application once.

Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation

Thanks,

Protected View was already turned-off, unfortunately...

Is there a setting to allow more than just the last signature to be saved instead of replacing the previous one, when filling the "save image" checkbox, after navigating to a different signature image file?
