Acrobat.com lost files

I have recently lost files from acrobat.com, does anyone know how to recover a previous version or retrieve information from acrobat.com?

The correct forum is Adobe Acrobat.com Services for files stored at https://cloud.acrobat.com. This is a different service than the files stored at the Adobe Assets site at https://assets.adobe.com.

Hi Paul,

Once a file is deleted from Acrobat.com, it's not recoverable. If you didn't delete them yourself, they should still be there. Have you tried clearing the browser cache and logging back in, or accessing Acrobat.com from a different browser (for a list of supported browsers, see System requirements | Acrobat.com).
