acrobat.com lost

acrobat and reader were lost when my computer was cleaned after a hack. How do I retrieve them?

Do you still have the serial number for Acrobat (just yes or no, don't tell us your secret serial number)? Or was it a subscripion?

I'm so sorry to hear that! You can download Reader from www.adobe.com/products/reader.html. What version of Acrobat did you have? There are downloads here: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X and here: Download Acrobat products | 9, 8 - Adobe (for Acrobat Pro only).

If you had a perpetual version (which requires a serial number), please see: Find your serial number quickly - Adobe.

If it was an Acrobat subscription, no serial number is required.

This is the product I have lost. I can get into Acrobat.com but it won't

allow me to sign in to 'export pdf.'
