We have a user who scanned a bunch of stamps and placed in a folder.  Now, when he tries to use one of the stamp, it will not work.  It used to work before.  We've uninstalled/reinstalled Acr DC already to no avail.  Anybody seen this problem?  Thanks.

Thanks for the assist.  The user states that the problem "fixed itself".  Oh, well.  Thanks again.

Thanks for your reply, Bernd.  What I meant with "will not work" is it will not let the user select a particular stamp from the list to use on a pdf document.  He clicks on it and it doesn't get "selected".  However, it doesn't happen with the "built-in" Adobe stamps.  Does that make sense?  Thanks again.

When you scan a file it is just one large image per page. It doesn't contain any comments, such as stamps.

try67:  Thanks for the assist.  The user states that the problem "fixed itself".  Oh, well.  However, this same user has another problem.  He's using Adobe Acrobat DC and when he attempts to edit a pdf doc by adding text (via a text box/field), directly above a stamp, he gets an error message:  "Adobe Acroabt DC had encountered an unknown error".  He said that it used to work before.  What do you think could be the problem?  Thanks again.
