Acrobat Pro subscription question

I subscribed to Acrobat pro online. Now they want me to pay again when I try to combine files on my win 10 desktop. Isn't the desktop included in the online subscription? Everything works fine up there, just slow.

Also confirm if you are using the same email address for the application which is used to sign in here on the community page.

Share the screenshot of the error message you get when combining the files into PDFs.
