I'm trying to launch Acrobat Pro XI (the monthly subscription version) on my MacBook Air running OS 10.9.3 but it keeps on unexpectedly quitting as soon as it opens. Please help!

Can you please choose Help > About Acrobat and let me know what version you are running?
Have you been able to use Acrobat previously? Or have you been unable to launch it after installing?
