Hi Paulb,

Please see this FAQ regarding the end of support for Adobe FormsCentral, which includes a list of several alternatives to FormsCentral: End of support | Adobe FormsCentral.

You may also want to browse the FormsCentral forum (FormsCentral), as many customers have offered their evaluations of some of the alternatives we've listed in that document, as well as some that we haven't.

As far as accessing FormsCentral, are you able to log on to https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/products/formscentral.html?

Best,

Sara

FOR 2 DAYS NOW I HAVE TRIED TO ACCESS MY FORMS THROUGH YOUR SUGGESTED  https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/products/formscentral.html?. THE LINK IS DEAD.........

I understand this product is being retired, but when your site says FormsCentral will be fully functional until the end of July, we kind of expect it to be so.  How are we supposed to print PDFs of our items if we can't get to them?????

Perhaps you should check the link yourself before telling someone else to use a link they already know is dead?  Just saying.

Hi -V-,

I've just checked the link in your post, and the page loads for me without error. Please clear the browser cache and try again. Also, please make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services).

If you're still having trouble, please let us know what error you're receiving when you try to access the page.

Best,

Sara

Hi Sara,

My browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer. It is set to clear cache every time I close.  Here is a screenshot of what I get. A continuous loop…..

Hi Hannelore,

I'm sorry--your screenshot didn't come through. Would you please send again, and attach it using the camera icon in the toolbar at the top of your post?

Thanks!
