add multiple signature blocks so my managers don't have to create their own

In the old Adobe Pro XI you could create a signature block for multiple signatures so all the recipient had to do was click and add sign, but this new version doesn't seem to have this option? Am I missing something? How do it do this? I have searched the web site and get nothing?
