We are a staff of 6 using Adobe DC paid monthly membership. Some of us can add the protection to PDFs to send to clients while some of us cannot. When we attempt to add it, it brings us to the page to sign up for a membership (when we already have one) any way to get multiple staff (under 1 sign in) to use the protection add on?

If I understand your issue correctly, you are willing to use the "Password Protection" feature for all the 6users using one Acrobat DC subscription (that I can see,registered under your account)? Or all the 6 users have Acrobat DC subscription in their account?
Note: If you are referring to only one Acrobat DC subscription that registered under your account, then one subscription would not work for 6 users. As one individual subscription is allowed to use on 2 computer only. So it wont

If all the users have their personal Acrobat DC subscription and still they have been redirected to the buy subscription page, then that is something to look into.

Yes, this can be done with the "Business Membership" which you can subscribe through- Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC
