I am trying to use adobe acrobat.com and I cannot get in.

Use from where: Adobe Reader, or directly at the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/ ?

What exactly means "cannot get in" - do you get an error message?

No there is no error message it just continually searches but nothing happens
