Adobe Acrobat Pro 64 bit PREVIEW PANE is not working

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 64 bit and since then PREVIEW PANE is stopped working. Thru google I tried to correct this problem but in vain. PLEASE HELP.

- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Ensure that you update the application to the latest version. For more information on updates, refer to the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html
