I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I pay a monthly charge for it. I just tried to edit a PDF like always & I'm not able to because I'm being told I have to upgrade to PRO (which I already have) & trying to charge more than I'm currently paying! What's up with that?

Hi Stephen26139592irdl,

Sorry about the delay in response.

We have checked your account, and it shows active.

Please ensure you use the Acrobat Pro DC application, not the Acrobat Reader DC.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the message you got?

Let us know if the issue is already resolved.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
