My company had bought the annual Adobe PDF pack and have had it for the last three years. We use everything within it especially the send and track to send PDFs to our other contractors. Within the last month something has changed and now we can no longer create functioning URLs with in the send and track tool. I've been through many of your Forums and you guys don't give an exact fix just do this and maybe it will fix it. I've tried everything I've read. Re-installing, changing preferences, ect. Nothing has fixed it and we're having to switch to Dropbox because of it. Please let me know if there are any fixes or updates to solve the situation.

With the update to Document Cloud services, there are some changes to the Send & Track service. And this has been now named as Share & Track.
Basic functionality to send files will continue to be available as part of an Adobe Document Cloud free account. Full sharing functionality to send and track files—including personalized invitations, large documents, images, and audio and video files—will remain part of Adobe PDF Pack, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
Existing customers can continue to access send and tracking capabilities.
We see that you have canceled the existing service of Send & Track and upgraded to the Acrobat DC subscription now.
