I am using the web-links feature and 'real - weblinks' - the links open fine on my machine, but every other machine does nothing. We've invested a lot of time and money creating our content - please advise. I understaand Adobe had this problem over 5 year ago. Surely it works now, yes?

It's important to realise who is responsible for the software you are using, whether to praise or complain. If you are viewing the content in a web browser (Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome), this is nothing whatever to do with Adobe. Five years ago it was a different story because at that time it was Adobe, but now Microsoft, Firefox, Apple, Google are responsible. And frankly they do a sloppy job with most interactive stuff. HOWEVER, I have tested the link from page 6 on Windows 10 with Chrome, and Edge, and it is fine. Similarly, the 4 video links work fine for me.

My only thought is that you might have corporate security settings in those browsers affecting what works.
