I have Adobe PDF Exporter.  But I cannot export PDFs as the option is light - it is not a chooseable option.

Regrettably, Adobe tells me they have not the experts to assist me on the phone/online, that I have to ask this question even though I'm trying to do my work right now, and wait for whenever someone answers me.

BUT REALLY, I NEED ADOBE TO LOOK AT MY ADOBE PDF EXPORTER AND SEE FOR YOURSELF IT DOES NOT WORK.

Adobe won't connect to your computer - and don't trust anyone who replies to you and offers to do this - the only people who will are SCAMMERS who want to steal from you !! So we can't "look at" your export, you have to try stuff and tell us what you see.

I assume you mean you have Adobe ExportPDF. If it were me, I'd try using it online. See Using Adobe Export PDF

Hey Mary,

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.

You are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF, which is a part of Document Cloud PDF services. All the Document Cloud services queries supported on Adobe Forums. This is the reason you have been redirected to this page.

You are a subscriber of Export PDF service so there shouldn't be any trouble using it. Since you are unable to use it, then you may follow the steps suggested below-

I assume that the Export pdf tool that you have been using was through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC? If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via:  Adobe Document Cloud

Sign Out and Sign In once again on the web page

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Regards,

Akanchha
