Hi there,
My organisation has recently started using Adobe Document Cloud and are continuing to encounter error messages. Whilst I know that these can sometimes be attributed to file path length, they also occur as a result of file size and transparency. In these latter cases, we need to flatten the transparency and then reduce the file size in order for them to become accessible. Because we are using the editing functionality for invoices via Adobe Cloud, this issue is extremely disruptive.
Is there another way around this issue which does not involve having to download, edit and compress a file - only to then re-upload and test said file?
