Adobe Export function will not recongise I have a paid for plan in place?

I have an up to date plan in place for Adobe Export PDF but when I click on to Covert all I get is a page showing me the pricing options to access this function?

So without any response from this forum or Adobe themselves I have had to try and resolve the issue myself...

I have had to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader 5 times and finally it now recognises that I have a paid for plan in place.
