Adobe Export PDF brings a Blank Page.

Need to export PDF to Excel but will not bring up any option, just blank under export PDF.

Hi Jonr, 

As mentioned above that, when you try to export Excel it will bring up the blank page. Are you using desktop application Adobe Reader DC or trying to export pdf via web Adobe Document Cloud 

If you are working with desktop application, then you may try the following-

• Reboot the application and restart your system as well (you must save all the work before rebooting)
• Sign Out and Sign in once. For testing, try selecting a different file and Export it to pdf to check whether its getting a blank page or going through.
• If the Excel file is saved on some network drive or web storage, then save it locally on your computer and then try exporting it.

If you are working on web Adobe Document Cloud  then you may try the following

• Change the web browser you are working currently or delete cache and cookies. 
• Turn off antivirus if any.
