Adobe export PDF cant connect to server

I just bought the export package, and now it does not work. It says it cant connect to server everytime I try to convert  file.

Hi Bishon,

The issue you have reported is seems to be an intermittent issue with the site. As there is no further issue reported for the same and services are up and running fine.

You may please check with a different web browser and see if the conversion if going through now?

Also, check with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC  Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  and see if that is giving the same result or not?
