adobe export pdf combining files

I have Adobe Export pdf package.  However, I cannot combine pdf files to create a new file.  Please help!

We have checked that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF service. Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

Export PDF service doesn't include "Combine PDF" feature. To combine pdf files, you need to subscribe for the PDF Pack or Acrobat DC subscription. Using Document Cloud Web apps and services | Adobe PDF Pack
