My adobe export pdf will not work. It processes endlessly when I try to convert a word document to pdf. I end up having to force quit the program.

Hello Sherriep,

As per the description above, you are not able to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF as you are not able to convert a Word document into PDF as you have to force quit the program, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, and it's an online Adobe document cloud service and it cannot be downloaded as an application. But the service can be accessed online through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

But the service can be accessed online through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

And the service can also be accessed by the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, just "Sign in" with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.

As you mentioned that you have to force quit the program, assuming you are using Adobe Reader to convert the Word into PDF document, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader with your Adobe ID and password, and check for any pending updates of Reader from Help>Check for updates. You may also repair the installation files of Adobe Reader from Help>Repair installation(only for Windows). Reboot the computer after installation of updates and repair.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
