Cosa fare?

Hi francovis,

Thank you for reaching out.

Adobe Acrobat Export PDF is an Adobe Document Cloud service that lets you reuse valuable content stored in PDF files. Instead of retyping the information, use your Export PDF subscription to turn PDF files into editable Microsoft Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents.

You may use the service via the Acrobat online account. Sign in using your Adobe ID on the following website: https://adobe.ly/43z8CmF. Then go to Convert > Convert from PDF > Export PDF.  Check if you can export the PDFs.

Could you please let us know if you are using the Acrobat Reader or the Acrobat desktop application? It seems that you have installed the Acrobat trial version. If you share a screenshot or a screen recording of what happens, we can share the correct information with you.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
